Professional Firework Displays on Water by Alchemy Fireworks

Next to a lake, river or the sea is often an ideal place to enjoy a firework display. The reflections double the effect, providing even more stimulation for the senses especially during quiet and pretty sequences. The tranquility of calm water can also provide a fabulous contrast during the more powerful and noisier sequences. Added to this, there is an increasingly exciting variety of firework material that is specifically designed for use on water, creating domes of coloured stars on the surface of the water, or carpets of floating fountains, atmospheric flares, comets and mines.

For us at Alchemy Fireworks, creating a professional firework display on water is second nature. We have produced firework displays on barges and modular pontoons, as well as shows fired from lakesides and piers. From fireworks displays on the River Thames and the River Tyne, to spectacular seaside shows in the English Channel and the Mediterrenean, we have produced dozens of spectacular waterside firework displays. As a result, firework displays by water or on water are something of an Alchemy Fireworks speciality, and as a company we are often chosen to fire in these locations because not only do we understand the technical considerations, but we also know how to maximize the creative opportunities. We can help provide the infrastructure necessary to create a stunning fireworks display on water, from sourcing barges on the Thames and pontoons for Thorpe Park, to collaborating and synchronizing the firework display with jet-ski display teams, dancing fountains and waterscreens.
