Close Proximity Fireworks and Pyrotechnics by Alchemy Fireworks
Close proximity fireworks and pyrotechnics displays make up a growing percentage of Alchemy Fireworks' displays, as many events these days take place in venues where a traditional aerial firework display is not possible or permitted due to a lack of space or concerns about noise and safety. However, it is still possible to create a high impact display using close proximity pyrotechnics in these situations. These displays require a special skill to design, relying on the quality of the individual fireworks and the way in which they are fired rather than power and size. These close proximity displays can be as spectacular – if not more spectacular – than traditional aerial firework displays where the material is larger, but the audience is much further away from the action. So, for example, the rhythms created by waves of digitally fired pyrotechnics can create a much bigger wow factor than a 16" shell that bursts over 1000' away from the viewing audience.
